Returns

Fortuna offers store credit within 15 days of delivery. 

To start a return, you can contact us at fortunaloungewear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Items MUST be unworn, unwashed, in clean condition, and MUST be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached. The original receipt must also be included in your return. Fortuna has the right to refuse exchanged items that do not meet these standards.

Refunds

As a small business, our quantities produced are limited and therefore refunds are not accepted. In the event that you don’t love your order, Fortuna offers customers a store credit or exchange for another item. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
